move rrd's and merge two rrd's to one

I have to move some Hosts from a old cacti-server to a new cacti-server.
On the old cacti-server one Router-Interface have two rrd's (*traffic_in.rrd & *traffic_out.rrd).

Using the new cacti-version a interface have only one rrd-file.
Now i am searching for a solution to merge two rrd's to one rrd-file.

I have search this board and the rrdtool-page.
On this board i found a script called "cacti_inject" - but the links are 404.

Can somebody help me or re-post the "cacti_inject"?

I see why you want to merge two .rrd files together, but you really do not need to. I defaulted to putting inbound and outbound traffic into a single .rrd file for 0.8.x because it is cleaner and easier to manage. However, you can just as easily create two separate data sources, one pointing to the inbound .rrd and the other pointing to the outbound .rrd file.
