POPEN timed out with perl script

Hello, I have a similar problem but when I get the *.c file from the SVN and I try to compile cactid again it responds:

poller.c: In function `exec_poll':
poller.c:880: error: `MAX_SIMULTANEOUS_SCRIPTS' undeclared (first use in this function)
poller.c:880: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
poller.c:880: error: for each function it appears in.)
make: *** [poller.o] Error 1

I can compile cactid 0.8.6i without any issue but not with the changes mentioned in this post.
