My apologies if this problem is addressed elsewhere - my brief search gave me little results for this problem. Please point me in the right direction if there is a solution or discussion already in place.
I just completed a new install of Cacti 0.8.6i on a Solaris 9 system. After a few hiccups with packages, dependencies, etc. I was able to complete the install with no errors or problems. However, when I try to launch Cacti I get the generic "The page cannot be found".
The Apache error_log reports the following:
[error] [client 192.168.25.2] Attempt to serve directory: /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cacti/
The Apache access_log reports the following:
"GET /cacti/ HTTP/1.1" 404 334
The cacti.log is empty.
I'm wondering if PHP isn't installed correctly or isn't working correctly? I installed PHP with the following configure:
./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --prefix=/opt/php --with-zlib=/opt/zlib
Thanks for all your assistance!
