i have a single snmp graph that all of a sudden doesnt display new data.
i have looked at the logs and can see that the check is getting data and that rrd says ok.
i have rebuilt the poller cache and also rebooted the machine (i got 2 blips on the graph and its stopped)
i have no errors in my log.
i have about 100 graphs that are fine
stumped for what to do, i can manually snmp get data from the device and i can see the data in the poller log file. its just not displaying in the graph.

1) read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747
2) To track down why its stopped graphing, you can read through http://docs.cacti.net/node/283 for assistance.

nan basically means no data returned. Even though your problem might not be 'nan's in their graphs', the same troubleshooting steps still apply to your situation.

cheers
rrdtool tune <rrd file> --maximum <ds-name>:<new ds maximum>
fixed it.
the missing entries must of been >100 i had increased the webinterface to 500 but had to use the above line to force to 500.
i now have graphing again, it was the entries above 100 that were missing.
so i now know that the web connections to the server have almost doubled over night as they were usually around the 50-60 mark.
Thanks for the help, i would of probably found the answer searching for NaN but didnt know that what i was suffering from was a NaN.
