Cacti with graphs not continuous ...
Hi
All my graphs, have values but the graphs shows correct value but sometimes 0 that is true since cisco reports 0 some times but still i like the graph to make an average.
Than i am monitoring an antenna and the value is never at 0 but the graph every now and than reports 0 even if that value never occurs ...
what am i doing wrong here ???
the cacti log ...

Hi
in whar crontab do i suppose to put the crontab string ???i loggin as root and crontab -e to add that string in that crontab ...
the file cacti do not respond in any way as mentioned in the document about Nan ...
maybe this is to basics but i have my doubts about where to put that comand to run every 5 minutes ...
like to put it in root and modify the crontab file to do this and well i will see if it works because now with this change i get no graphs at all ...
bad example will go back to the old crontab that worked before ..

Hi
i have crontab polling every 5 minutes but the mesage i get is that the directory for adding the file poller.log does not exists but it does ...
now i have 3 users on that computer and i have enterned as user and did an SU and added this string for cacti with the following command crontab -e.
There the string is and i remved the cacti file under /etc/cdron.d/ directory so i guess there will not be various users doing the same thing or ????
I am awaitng for answer and i like ot to be easy since i am new to cacti and crontab ...
