Cannot patch Cacti, missing 'patch' binary

Post by thechicco »

Hey all.

I downloaded a pre-built virtual machine with Cacti already installed. It's working very nice indeed.

However I wanted to patch it so went into the cacti directory but 'patch' isn't there!

I've searched around but it's not on there.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks.

You need to install the patch program. Go to the package repository for your linux distribution and download it from there.
