Cactid config file default

A minor feature request:

During the configure phase of compilation, the "configure" script's --sysconfdir command line switch commonly indicates the location of configuration files. Rather than have Cactid default to a hard-coded location of /etc for its config file, I think the default should be the sysconfdir directory, as supplied by configure.

I strongly prefer to have all of the files accompanying a compiled program sitting entirely under the /opt tree in my filesystem. Use of the sysconfdir configuration option would save me from moving files and editing source.
