Can't show any graph

Post by Simon »

Hello,

The poller seems to be good.

All paths correctly defined.

Many .rrd files created on the rra folder (but the size never changes ??).

One time, I've a PHP timeout error when I want to show a graph (max time defined to 60 seconds).

Can anyone help me ??

Thanks

They never will change size. I suggest you read the rrdtool manual/webpage.

Increase the timeout for php in your php.ini file. Also increase the memory in there.

Lastly, read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747

Thanks for your reply.

I've already read the post "before posting". All missing information are stored on my signature, but I can see it only if I'm logged on the forum (I've clicked the "Attach signature"). How can I show my signature all the time ?

I change the php.ini file and reply for the result.

Thanks

I've updated my php.ini file.

120sec for max_execution_time
32M for memory_limit

Same error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in rrd.php on line 107

Thanks for your help

Increase the max time to 260 and restart the web server.

Go to graph management, click on a graph and enable graph debugging. The timeout still occur? If not, whats the message displayed?

Does the timeout happen for all graphs or just one?
