This looks like a problem with counter wraps or with rrd files "data source maximum".
Counter wraps: use 64bit Counters with SNMP V2c and/or decrease polling interval (this will currently need a patch published to the forums)
To tweak maximum: increase the max value of the data source related to that graphs and use "rrdtool tune --maximum" for all existing rrd files.
