can't create new graph

I can't create new graph and rrd file , but the old graph is correct.

the version of cacti 0.8.6h
the version of rrdtool 1.2.4
OS : windows 2000 server + sp4
php:5.1.4

Make sure you're using the Cygwin version of rrdtool. Also make sure you only have one copy of cygwin1.dll on your system.

What errors are in your cacti log file?

No graph is created.

Any specific reason why you haven't upgraded Cacti to 0.8.6i ?

Also make sure you're using the Cygwin version of rrdtool and not the Win32 one.

Thanks BSOD2600, I have upgraded Cacti to 0.8.6i and the problem has been solved.
