The data cacti collects is stored in the rrd files.

I would like to store collected data on a SQL serveur for my Users. There would like to have System usage before using a host.

No, use rrdtool fetch. Find an example in the "Dataquery" plugin how to extract data from rrd files. If you're using a script to fetch data, you may modify this script not only to print data but to update your tables as well
