Obtaining Hard disk, CPU, Ram

Hi all,
I am trying to put together a small java application(possibly using
snmp4j) to track the hard disk, ram, cpu utilization related info for
my team.

My aim is to just enable the Windows snmp agent in all the machines to
be monitored and then using the Windows host resources mib get the required
data.

I am new to SNMP. I am not able to get the OID ifo for the parameters I
want. Can someone help me out this?

Being this is completely unrelated to cacti, I strongly suggest you Google for this information. Plenty of sites have the OIDs you're after. Additionally, so does cacti in its various script files.
