Would be nice if someone could list details about exactly what should be backed up - or maybe even get something in the software itself that could take all the settings - graphs, hosts, users etc and export to a file(s) which could be imported to a clean system upon restore.
Dont have the SQL, rrd, perl skills.

I was resently thinking about this.
Because I had to move an existing cacti installation from one server to another in a different path. I ran into some issues and a backup and restore proceedure would help to solve this moving issue.
So you might see it, but I'm not promising it.
