Is it possible to count the number of 60%- 100% peaks?

i have set up a utilization graph as per http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=8520

i have set the interval for the graph th 15 mins average. See attached shot.

i was wondering if it is possible to count up all 15 min intervals that exceed 60% ( shown in red on the graph ). ie GPRINT 60%-100% count = 8 in the attached graph exmple?
