Dual Pane - No tree or graphs

Post by bmathis »

I've been poking around trying to solve this one for a while. Whenever dual pane is selected for any user using IE or Firefox, no graph tree or graphs are generated. Single pane works perfectly. When dual pane is selected, php errors are generated in IE (image attached), but nothing in Firefox. The error from IE is object expected, typically several errors are raised. Here are the details of my environment:

Windows 2003
IIS 6
PHP 5.2.0
Cacti 0.8.6i
Rrdtool 1.2.15 (from cacti.net/downloads)

Also attached is the source of the page that errors, I cannot seem to locate any CR's but may have been looking at it for much too long. Thanks much for any help,

Double click on the Yellow Triangle with the Exclamation point in the middle and post it's content.

Thanks,

Here you go....there are three errors....
Line: 74
Char: 2
Error: Object Expected
Code: 0
URL: https://corpadminprod01/graph_view.php? ... first=true

Line: 342
Char: 1
Error: Object Expected
Code: 0
URL: https://corpadminprod01/graph_view.php? ... first=true

Line: 346
Char: 4
Error: Object Expected
Code: 0
URL: https://corpadminprod01/graph_view.php? ... first=true

Looking at my graph tree with id of 54, leaf id 1701 is just a graph header named "Windows Hosts".

Thanks much for your help,

Also worth mentioning....I have two graph trees configured. The error occurs for both graph trees, the same errors referencing the tree/leaf id of the first item that should be displayed (happens to also be a header on the other tree).

Thanks again for your help,

I took your page source and it rendered in my IE7.0 and FF2.0 box just fine. Something wrong with your browser, or you are missing some files like the Tree View stuff. You should make sure permissions on those files are OK.

Witness, you were absolutely correct...I was missing all the jscript files. Looking into why this occurred, it was of course a security "feature", preserving zone information in downloaded files.

Thanks much for your help and for all you guys do!
