I want to provide device health for our core devices (CPU Load and Temp) on the weathermap overlib popups, and I'm hoping this can be done via a url/php arguments.
ie
Combine the following:
http://cactihost/cacti/graph_image.php? ... 1&rra_id=1 CPU Daily 5min avg
http://cactihost/cacti/graph_image.php? ... 2&rra_id=1 Temperature Daily 5min avg
To produce something like this:
http://cactihost/cacti/graph.php?local_ ... _width=300
With the CPU% stacked ontop of the Temperature.
Or... if it were possible to submit two graph urls to the overlib field and have it do it?
I know this could probably be done by
/-Aside-/ I've been having alot of trouble trying to get temperature and mempool readings from our Cisco 2950, 3500, 3550 and 3750s
I've been looking through the Cisco.com MIB browser, checking tree entries and IOS version compatability, but the devices I've tried don't seem to have all of the temperature OID branches as described in the MIB.
Excellent work Howie, good luck with the house-move.

Re: Combining multiple Cacti graphs for OverLib using url?
The two ways I can think of would be using ImageMagick (again), or making a new Graph Template to make a composite graph that way, so you can use one URL.SyxPak wrote:I want to provide device health for our core devices (CPU Load and Temp) on the weathermap overlib popups, and I'm hoping this can be done via a url/php arguments.
The ImageMagick way would use montage. I think it can download from URLs to get the source images.
If you only wanted the most recent values for CPU and Temp, then 0.9 will make this nicer. See my current work-in-progress map for an example showing router CPU on the map (amongst other 0.9 things):

All done thanks. Now I just have massive debt, and decoratingSyxPak wrote:Excellent work Howie, good luck with the house-move.
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

Many of the smaller cisco devices have limited temperature support under snmpSyxPak wrote:I want to provide device health for our core devices (CPU Load and Temp) on the weathermap overlib popups, and I'm hoping this can be done via a url/php arguments.
