No Graphs on a few routers or Concentrator

I have Cacti running on Cisco routers. There are a few that are not reporting CPU usage.

What do I need to do for the CPU usage to show up?

Also, I have VPN concentrators that are not reprting the CPU usage?

I have them set up as routers as the device. I know this is not correct. How do I add a Concentrator to my device drop down list?
