Problem with a page number !!

Hello

I want know the page number of my printer, so i have had a template. The problem is, i don't know what is the measure ? It's minut ? metres ?

Can you help me ?

You are measuring the number of pages as a counter, not as a gauge. This means the resulting graph shows you the number of pages per timeunit (5 minutes poll time, I suppose). If you want to know the number of pages that the printer has printer, the data source should be defined as a counter.

i've already put my data source type in COUNTER, i've made a test with GAUGE but the result is printing : "k" ?

Can you give me your template ? I really need this template for my work.

Set your GPRINT Type for your Page Counter to "Exact Number" instead of the default "Normal".

That's ok but , i have always the same result (measure : "m") .....

Hi

after moving from COUNTER to GAUGE, did you recreate the .rrd file ?

Try to delete it, it will be recreated by the Cacti poller next run.
