port descriptions for Cisco CatOS and IOS

How can I get my graphs to show what I have set in the port/interface descriptions from my Cisco switches?

I need this for both CatOS and IOS.

in graph management and Data Source

set the title

|host_description| - |query_ifName| - |query_ifalias|

or

|host_description| - |query_ifName| - |query_ifDescr|

it will work.

Better solution: Goto Data Query, select Interface-Traffic and then the Graph you're using. Change "Suggested Values" to make the title you need the topmost one
