hi, is it possible to change the leged look ? like having the percent in 5 units instead on 15 unit percent ? and have it more thiner ?:)

You can make whatever steps you like. See the SCALE command in the manual

You don't even need to make it fixed steps - you can make a gradient.

The box changes size depending on what is in it, so to make it thinner: Use a different shorter title for the box (KEYPOS), and use a smaller font (KEYFONT).

In 0.9 (sometime in the future), there is a new style of legend that is always the same size, so this is less of a problem.

No. That is not in the 0.82 version, as I said.

No, you can make the gradients. You just can't make the bar on the map.

To make the gradients, you can give two colours on the SCALE line. See the manual Config Reference, under SCALE.
