Cisco SAA jitter error template

Hi,

First i would like to thank whoever created this template, it's really useful.

I have a few questions regarding the jitter/error graphs.
The graph also shows values for loss (uni directional). i have two questions regarding the loss parameter:

1. when the values for loss are greater the 0 they always appear with the "m" besides them, what does that "m" means?

Is this the value for the number of packets been lost ?

Why isn't that parameter being graphed?

Look at my attached graph as a reference
