Graph view problem after upgrade

Post by ali_b »

Hi,

I just did the upgrade to 0.8.6i on my 2003 server and i cannot get into the Graphs tab at the top to see the graphs any more.

I can still see individual graphs under Graph Management, but not in the viewing tab (i.e. ........\cacti\graph_view.php?action=tree&tree_id=2&leaf_id=9&select_first=true)

Firefox gives me an error page with this text...

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

Int. Explorer just seems to sit there waiting.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Moved to Windows

I have seen this problem with IIS on Windows and Cacti. I don't recall what the solution was.

Slight update on this.

It seems to work fine in IE now, but in Firefox all functions fine except on the Tree view. I've confirmed this to be the case on two separate machines now.

Is this when you are logged in as a user, or when you are logged in as administrator, or both?

Strange!

Initially it seemed to be just as administrator, and guest worked fine. However immediately after i could get in as guest, it worked as administrator.

Nothing has been changed, but it seems to work now!

Thanks
