Graph not showing

Post by cholb »

I've installed the latest for every part

0.83a cacti
4.3.3 php
rrd 1.0.40
MySQL 4.23

I'm running on W2K IIS5
everything appears to be working no errors however when I go to view the graphs nothing happens. The session times out completely however I can query the router I'm wanting to graph. I'm using the ISAPI version of PHP I can seem to get the cgi mode to work it keeps throwing a security error when I try to use it. I did grant isur account permission to use the php.exe along with the rrdtool. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what I might do to make this work.

Thanks,

Charles

Hi,
Iam facing the same problem, i have installed and confiugred as per the documentation.
Have configured data sorce, polling host and graph management for few SNMP devices but unable to get any graph. It times out.
The software used and its version given below.
rrd -1.0.35
Mysql-3.23.57
Cacti-0.8.3
Php-4.3.3.Win32
Apache-2.0.47

What could be the possible problem, is something missing with our configuration, there is no SNMP data being collected by the tool.If anyone knows the solution to this kindly let us know.

Regards
Harry
