Hi Tony

I've tested a fresh installation, and everything works so far :
- system utilities -> view cacti log file
- system utilities -> view user log
- sorting from last login date in user management

I'm currently upgrading a 0.8.6h installation.

is possible to permit specific users (not only admin) to see the logs with logins?

Only users that have "Console" access can see the user log.
