SNMP error

Hi All cacti user,
I have installed cacti in fedora core 5.
I have istalled and configure SNMP too and snmpd is running.
I have tested with snmpwalk command.
But while adding a network device it is displaying error SNMP error.
my machine IP is 192.168.128.143.
Will you please help me how to correctly add a network device so that it will
not display the error and can generate network traffic graph.
