haloe 0.4 and cacti-0.8.6h

Can anyone confirm that haloe 0.4 will work with cacti-0.8.6?

Also, is it meant to go into the /plugins directory?

I have monitor and thold working, but haloe is giving me grief.

Specifically, I think the paths aren't correct.
