monitoring mysql/httpd

hi everyone, i have a doubt, what can i do to make Cacit monitoring de state of mysql or http, i mean how much memory/CPU they are using and things like that.
i've treid to find if with SNMP can i do that, but i didn't find.

i hope you can help me.
