PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 021DF198

Post by Qwerty »

Hi! I've got just installed Cacti. I have followed the documentation exactly, but now I get the follow error when I try to connect to the cacti webpage: "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 021DF198".

How can I fix this?

Thanks,
Peter

Try upgrading the php version.

Also at the command prompt, type: php -m and paste the output.

Hmm well php 5.1.6 is working fine on my vmware machine, so not entirely sure what your problem might be.

Try running a chkdsk c: /f on all drives and see if it fixes anything. Sure, you could go back a few php versions and see if your problem goes away...

What happens when you manually run the poller from the commandline?
