Manage Maps Link not showing

Hello,

I've recently installed Network Weather Map v0.82 but I have a problem. After following carefully the installation instructions, I can't find the "Manage Maps" link under the weathermap tab as you can see in pic1.jpg

I've checked the realm permissions, however instead of manage maps, I have the view weathermaps realm as you can see in pic2.jpg...

Any hint?

There isn't a Manage Maps link under the weathermap tab. There is a 'Weathermaps' listing in the Manage section at the top of the Console menu - this changed between 0.8 and 0.81. Where does it say that in the documentation? I should fix that!
