I hace a question with CACTI,please give me some help

everything is ok,with the exception to the preview photo under the "Graphs -> Preview Mode" & "Graphs -> Tree Mode" which can not show up But actually it can be drew . you can get photos display when you click preview photo .
pls refer to below cut picture and give me idea,

when i try to see my graphics it show as the attach...

but i can't see the graph... but all the data is collected...

Please check Settings -> RRDTool Utility Settings and confirm it matches rrdtool -v
