Are your running cmd.php or cactid. If you are running either, please post your log file.

I'm having the same problem with my fresh 0.8.6h install on Fedora Core 5 and rrdtool 1.2.15. The graphs that are messed up include localhost diskspace graphs, weatherbug graphs and diskspace graphs for a win2003 host. I've attached the cacti debug log and a sample graph.

This server doesn't do anything else than run cacti at the moment so it shouldn't be a performance issue.

Thanks in advance,
Daniel

You might have multiple cron's running impacting the update process.

I think that might be it, yes, I just noticed that the number of processes was increasing and there were lots of poller threads and script threads still running. I think I know which script is causing this though.
