Depends....

First factor is are you using PHP SNMP? If so, I suggest you don't, there are issues with php's snmp implementation and IPv6.

Second, use Cactid, if I remember correctly support for IPv6 is in Cactid, but TheWitness will have to confirm.

We talked about this issue at our Developers meeting, I don't recall if we had a true resolution, but we are aware that there is some issues with using IPv6.
