Add MIB to cacti

In my network i have a media gateway with E1/T1 channels.
The vendor send me the mib for i can monitore ocupation on that channels, and another some thinks.

How i can use this mip with cacti ??

Hi

Cacti does not use mibs but OIDs. You can install Getif, a free mib browser, to "translate" mibs to OIDs.

I've download this tool but i can't find where can i convert the mib file to OID to use in cacti.
Can you explain to me how ?
