APC graph problem

Post by Era_Russland »

Hi
I installed APC template on linux box to monitor APC device(Environment Monitoring Unit). Everything is OK but I can't see correct graph. I successfully create two graphs(degrees C and degress F) but the grapth with degress C is incorrect. Please, look at pics below.

Thanks

I suppose both items are AREA's and the second one is overlapping the first. Make the second item a LINE1 or use a CDEF=CURRENT_DATA_SOURCE,-1,* (to make it negative) to avoid overlapping

You are right, one graph overlap another. But I'm not exactly understand how can I fix this situation. How can I change properties of corresponding graph to set "-1" paramter into rrdtool comand line? And what is another way "Make the second item a LINE1"?
Thanks

Lets first turn to the latter one. Please edit the Graph Item, that builds the second (green) AREA. Then, change Graph Item Type from AREA to LINE1 and save. That's all
