Re-scanning device and graph title

Greetings.

I have two questions regarding cacti operation.

1) A few days ago I created graphs for a 7513 Cisco router, and the whole process was fine. Cacti scan all the equipment and list me all the interfaces. Yesterday I add a new card to the router, but I don't know how to tell cacti that this new card is on the router. How can I accomplish it without loose the graphs ...??

2) How can I "expand" the graph title ..?
For example if I want that a graph have the a title with 80 characters lenght, and it show well on the graph.
