new install no data???

I got my install up and running, when I run the poller from the command prompt I can see that there are user ports on the vlan's and data looks like it is being inserted into the database. I can go look at the database and there is 227 records in the mac_track_ips table of the database. But when I got look at the web page and search the specific switch that I know has user ports there is no data returned. Any ideas?
