Are there any scripts or a howto to graph Hardware status for HP DL360/380 servers like cpu,FAN,Temperature etc....i am running Checkpoint software SPLAT on it....

I might have something to get you started. I have a snmp_query XML file to detect temperature sensors through SNMP and two graph templates (one with dependencies needed for both). It's not very sophisticated yet, but it works for me.
For CPU monitoring, you can use the 'Host MIB - CPU Utilization'
