You should walk the ifinexes by hand when you are having the problem. What I can tell you is that some hosts have issues with their snmp agents. For example, in HPUX 10, the interface reporting would break as soon as you started using it. You should contact the hardware vendor as well.

I see this error in the logs. It did this when I tried to create a graph. I also searched & found the patch at "http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ ... a_id.patch" & I applied it & still receiving the error. Would you happen to know what this means?

Are there any issues w/ 64bit OS servers & reading snmp interface data? This seems to be an issue w/ just the 64 bit CPU servers.

It's not a CPU or 64-bit OS issue, it is the agents ability to use a 64 bit integer register to provide interface counter data to the poller.

Reduce your poller interval and use 32bit
