2) If so, run "<path_rrdtool>/rrdtool" from the command line, record the version.
3) Goto Settings->General and verify that the correct RRDtool version is selected.
4) Verify that the Settings->Paths include not just the path, but also the fille names to the excutables as well.
5) Makes sure your font file is correct.

but it's still weird that i see a white blank page when openning cacti login page....any other solution....please....

1) That is the poller cache and not the log. You find the log under "Utilities -> View Cacti Log". Please post it.

2) Have you run either "php poller.php or php <path_cacti>/cmd.php"? If not, do so with logging set to MEDIUM and post results.

i have problem now a big one i had to rebuild the machine.
due some little mistake i did that i could not fix.
i will let u know how i go this time around
