I am taking datas from SNMP OID Generic; the mib is : 1.3.6.1.4.1.4981.1.10.1.6.1
When i try to see my graphs that dont have datas, but if i see my log:

From your rrdtool output, it just looks like you haven't waited long enough for data to accumulate in order to be able to show anything significant. Are you still having this problem?

Fixed problem
i needed change o quit the select for "Maximum Value
Use Per-Data Source Value (Ignore this Value) " , and next change the 100 by 10000 into data template.
Now i have the follow graph:
