Threshold not able to add elements
I am running Cacti 0.8.6h on Windows 2003. I installed the Threshold plugin and it shows up as a tab and in the console, but when I go to add elements through 'Data Sources' -> 'hostname' -> 'Template Name' the page never loads completely and I am not able to add threshold information. Any ideas? I do have other plugins working (monitor and weathermap).

I had this problem as well.
open up thold.php in an editor and go to line 131 (or there abouts) - you should find this line of code:
For some reason it just sticks on loading the page, and you then need to stop/restart the web service (windows) on the box to get it working again.
