Windows Service status

Does anyone know how make the graph display 2 different color based on the status of the graph, i.e. red for down and blue for up?

First, the basic info must be numeric. No numbers, no graphs.
Second, use the Advanced Ping Template as a good example. Find it at http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=10049. This will trun out like the attached image. The magic is donw by some cdefs of following kind:

for the 1-2% thingy
