Upgraded to 0.8.6h, graphs no longer created

Post by mek1 »

Hi,

I just upgraded to Version 0.8.6h. It went ok without any errors. Now when iI i go to the cacti interface all the graphs are there but no data is being drawn. This started exactly after the upgrade was complete.

Any ideas?

this cacti is installed on linux, btw.

thank you

If i need to downgrade, will the upgraded database cause problems? I hope it doesn't come to that but the old version is waiting in the wings...

thanks

Does the debug log give you any indication of a problem?

Is apache error log giving you anything of concern?

Clear the log, and wait for one polling cycle to occur. Then post it.

That brings up a good question, is the poller running?

I have this feeling your poller is not running. There are no poller related entries in that log.

Ensure that the poller is being execute from cron every 5 minutes.
