poller.c host status and mysql patch backports

FYI, if anyone wants this I've taken the patches out of development for the host status issue (SNMP reports host down although host is up) and the MySQL query string size and created a patch resolving just these two issue for cactid 0.8.6g. We required these patches to enable cactid 0.8.6g to work in our environment and I thought it would be good to give this back.

These patches are pretty much verbatim of what is in svn. Apply by changing directory into the cactid source directory and running:
patch -p1 < patchfile
