I'm going to post mine as well since I seem to be experiencing a similar problem.

I'll need more info. A screenshot of the failing graph would help. And I would need the ID of the failing host. By the way, your DEBUG log contains lots of logging messages for graphing only. Please switch those debugs off for this purpose.
