Empty graph -no data in graphs

Post by cactinewbie »

Hi all,

Installation seems ok, but graphs are empty. SNMP is running properly

- Linux 2.6.9-22.ELsmp i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
- cacti-0.8.6h
- net-snmp-5.1.2-11.EL4.6 OK
- rrdtool-1.0.50 OK
- PHP 4.3.9
- perl v5.8.5
- mysql Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.12
- Host Template: Local Linux Machine
- rrd files are being generating properly.
- Poller Type cactid

I am trying to monitor Hard Disk Usage, Memory Usage etc.

Can anyone help on this?

Thanks
Cacti NewBie

Please try running cactid without parameters first. You may not have hosts with IDs 16/17. Then, narrow down to one existing host that you find in the output and post a run against this one.
And please try to describe the problem in more detail or post a screenshot of the failing screen

Hi Reinhard,

Thanks for prompt reply.

When I was re-generating the error for you, I found that ;
- I have not provided correct host-name in devices, AND
- perl binary was not with full-path-to-perl in Data Input Methods.

However the day is save.

Thanks once again for your help.
