Hi, at first i want to say that after some days spent messing with cacti i make it work!
Some notes for new people
1) There is bug incact xxx.h version and SQL table, ju must change value to 99.99999 in order to import it to mysql. In version g its fixed but other bugs occoured
2) You MUST install cygwin its NOT an option, without it rrdtool wound graph.
3) You MUST USE rrdtool for cigwin
4) You MUST fill the RRDTool Default Font Path. I used c:/windows/fonts/arial.ttf
5) You must have enabled global variables in PHP
I thing that this is all, for me fighting theese points where crusual, after it i make it work.
There is also BUG in g version. Its not showing added graphs, when i put back the h version, everything is working fine!.
Btw. is there any way to force cacti to draw periods less then 5minutes?
Have goood time!
p.s. i am for now using the poler option.

IMO, all of what you mentioned is covered in the readme and my updated windows install guide.
If you patch cacti (specifically cacti.sql) before trying to import it, it should work fine (assuming mysql is NOT running in sql-strict mode).
Yes, there are ways to poll data more frequently than 5 minutes. Lots of posts, search is your friend. http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t ... ht=seconds
