Monitoring PerfMon from Windows

Hello,
I'd like to ask you if there's some possibility to monitor Counter from Perf. monitor. I found some links on these pages about it but I missed some consistence about this problem. Someone said this,someone advised that and so on. But I didn't find any manual or howto what describe it clearly. I'm trying to find something like NC_NET that works with Nagios
i don't believe anyone encountered to see nice performance counter graph with majestic cacti tool.
