NPC Nagios Plugin For Cacti Problem

Hi,

I would like to install Nagios Plugin For Cacti.
I 've read the document about it and I've installed it.
But when I tried to restart Nagios, I 've got this message in my log !

Nagios can not start.
NPC use Event Broker and I have configured the file nagios.cfg

        event_broker_options=-1 and
        broker_module=/path/to/nagios/modules/inserter.o

Any ideas why Nagios can't start ?

/path/to/nagios must be replaced by the path to nagios (/usr/local/nagios by default).

I have already replaced the path with the right one.
But It 's always the same error.

(It was a code copy from the document provides with NPC. It was an example to show what I've done, sorry)
