One word...

Scripts....

That is all.

Note: I do realise my answer is vague, but your question is vague as well. If you would like a better answer give us some detail on what you are trying to acomplish.

I would also like to detail the inbound/outbound/total bandwidth in GB?s, rather than MBPS,
How to do that?

more explanation:
We want to be able to monitor the inbound/outbound/total usage in GBs per-port on our network switch and produce graphs/details that we can show our clients. The client should also be able to ?login? somewhere to view their stats in real time on their own.

To force GB/sec you can use the unit exponent value in the graph template to force the numbers to a certain exponent. (I.E. 3 = kilo, 6 = mega, 9 = giga)

See this page in the cacti documentation.

Cacti includes the abilty to give fairly granular control to your users. I'm not sure you want to be giving every single one of yoru users logins to Cacti (depends on how many you have). You could go that route though, create clients, apply a deny default policy to graphs, and make an exception for their port graph.

If you have a large number of users, or a fast changing user population, than, yeah, scripts tied to a database of usernames / passwords / graphs is probably a better option.
